Welcome to Luba Orchis Airbnb and Wellness Spa. To ensure a safe and restorative experience for all our guests, please review our standard policies regarding property use and wellness services. 1. Property Care & Damage Liability We take great pride in maintaining a high-quality environment for our guests. By completing your booking, you agree to the following: Inspection: Guests are encouraged to report any pre-existing damage upon arrival. Liability: The primary guest is financially responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused to the building, furniture, linens, equipment, or decor by themselves or their invitees. Costs: In the event of damage, Luba Orchis reserves the right to charge the credit card on file or request immediate payment for the full cost of repair or professional replacement, including any specialized cleaning fees required to restore the unit to its original condition. 2. Wellness Spa & Services Waiver Our spa services are designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. To participate in any wellness treatments, guests acknowledge the following: Assumption of Risk: Guests utilize the spa facilities (including but not limited to massage areas, treatment rooms, and equipment) at their own risk. Health Disclosure: It is the guest’s responsibility to inform therapists of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries prior to treatment. Limitation of Liability: Luba Orchis Airbnb and Wellness Spa, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, physical discomfort, or adverse reactions arising from the use of spa services or facilities, except in cases of gross negligence. 3. General Conduct Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking: This is a non-smoking facility. Violations will result in a specialized cleaning fee. By entering the premises or utilizing our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms.
